These terms govern your use of Aether Awareness — the hosted, single-tenant AI instances and this website. By subscribing or using an instance, you agree to them. Plain language is used on purpose; where it and a court disagree, the intent here controls what we meant.
Aether Awareness provisions and operates a private AI instance for you (Companion, Team, or Governance edition). Your instance runs personalized AI agents with persistent memory and the capabilities described for its edition. We operate the infrastructure; the instance's product accounts, memory, and personalization belong to you.
You claim your instance with a one-time link and set your own password — we never see or set it. You are responsible for the seats you create and for keeping credentials safe. We can issue a password-reset link to the instance owner on request after verifying it's really you.
Don't use the service to break the law, to harm others, to attempt to access other customers' instances or our operator infrastructure, or to resell access without an agreement with us. We may suspend an instance that is attacking the platform or others; where practical we'll warn you first.
Everything you put into your instance — conversations, memory, documents, personalization — remains yours. We claim no ownership and no license beyond what's needed to run the service for you. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled; the short version: single-tenant isolation, never sold, never used to train models.
Your agents generate content with AI models. AI can be wrong, and confident about it. Output is provided as-is and is not professional advice — medical, legal, financial, or otherwise. The Governance edition is designed to say "no signal" rather than invent answers, but you remain responsible for decisions you make with any output.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance. Questions: admin@aetherawareness.com.
